From Plan to Completion, We Guide Every Step

Before We Get Started
Work with a designer of your choice to develop detailed floor plan drawings of your existing space and proposed changes. Provide HTP with complete construction documents, including the scope of work, selected finishes and materials, and product allowances to ensure a clear and accurate project plan.

Plan Review & Project Alignment
We meet in your home to review your existing design plans, evaluate feasibility, and align on project scope. During this conversation, we provide a preliminary investment range and walk through the estimating process, ensuring clarity on what to expect moving forward.

Trade Bidding & Estimate Review
We prepare a detailed scope of work and solicit bids from our trusted trade partners. A comprehensive and transparent estimate is compiled and reviewed with you in person, where every detail is discussed, questions are answered, and decisions are documented in real time.

Estimate Approval & Design Selection
Once the estimate is approved and converted to an invoice, the homeowner works with their designer to finalize all product selections and refine design details. We then update the scope of work to reflect actual product costs and, if needed, obtain revised bids ensuring the project is fully aligned and budgeted before construction begins.

Pre-Construction
We finalize construction documents, secure all permits, order materials, and schedule trade partners. This phase sets the project up for a smooth, efficient build while ensuring everyone is aligned on timing and responsibilities.

Construction & Finishing
From demolition through final walkthrough, our team manages all aspects of the remodel. This includes structural work, mechanical system installation, insulation, drywall, interior finishes, and meticulous attention to detail for cabinetry, flooring, tile, trim, fixtures, and paint. We handle punch list items, quality checks, and a final homeowner and designer walkthrough ensuring your space is completed as you envisioned.
