Main-Level Remodel

This whole-home remodel impacted nearly every area of the house, leaving only one lower level bathroom untouched. The existing layout was reworked to eliminate underutilized formal spaces and improve overall function, including relocating the home office to the main level, all while preserving the home’s saltbox colonial character. The result is a cohesive, highly functional home with timeless finishes designed for everyday living.

• Shifted interior doorways to improve flow and functionality
• Reconfigured the rear entry for better access and circulation
• Removed a dividing wall to increase natural light and open up living spaces
• Enhanced the lower level with new windows and improved usability
• Updated the upper level with a refreshed primary ensuite and hall bath
